Need your little one to eat extra vegatables and fruits? Spending extra time on the dinner desk may assist, German researchers say.

For his or her research, 50 pairs of fogeys and a baby (25 boys and 25 ladies who had a mean age of 8) have been served a meal of chilly cuts, sliced bread and cheese, together with bite-sized vegatables and fruits.

The kids ate “considerably extra” of their vegatables and fruits after they sat on the desk for 10 minutes longer, or half-hour in whole. On common, they ate about 3.5 ounces extra.
